Alixa Flexibility Certified Curriculum redefines the foundational pillars of stretching and aims to help athletes go to another level - a level full of vitality, power, and without injury. This program contains a wealth of in depth materials and hands on training, backed with Alixa's 20 years of experience. Dancers will learn life changing flexibility techniques that will take them beyond what you thought was possible. We directly apply these techniques to our daily class plans, driving results within our students.

Acrobatic Arts Curriculum is recognized for the best techniques and progressions in Acro for students to learn CORRECTLY and SAFELY. Cirque du Soleil has even given its stamp of approval!! This is NOT your typical Acro/Tumble class! Unlike Gymnastics which is performed on a sprung floor, Acrobatic Arts is FOR DANCE that is performed on hard surface floors, teaching dancers correct fluid transitions which also prevents injury! We are thrilled to bring this highly esteemed program to our students!!
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. PBT focuses on increased muscle memory, improves flexibility, strengthens technique, and increases the longevity in the dancers career by promoting safe dance training.
